What to expect

The demo may have errors, interruptions and temporarily limited functions. We will adjust its operation as we resolve issues.

AI-created content may contain errors. Check it against your notes and sources before using it to study or prepare for an exam; Apuntivo does not promise academic results.

A small free monthly allowance

When you create an account, you can try Nubo, summaries, quizzes, flashcards, outlines and comparison tables with a small shared monthly allowance, subject to availability. Free uses essential source analysis: searching by text. Basic and Pro add search by meaning in prepared sources for Nubo and study tools. You can view the percentage of remaining usage and renewal date in your account.

Usage depends on the material and task; no fixed number of tools or generations is promised. If AI has already performed work, that usage may be deducted from the free allowance even if the task does not finish. Usage awaiting verification remains reserved and never becomes a charge or debt.

Available features and allowances depend on your plan and are listed in Plans. Creating an account does not require a card, activate a paid subscription or create charges for free usage.

Individual allowance renews on the first day of each month, in Madrid time. Unused allowance does not roll over. Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits is not allowed.

A shared budget

Alongside each account’s monthly limit, the free plan has a monthly budget shared by everyone using it. When it runs out, new free tasks pause even if individual allowance remains.

The shared budget also renews on the first day of each month, in Madrid time. You can try the included tools again with the new month’s allowance when the service is available. A pause does not delete material you have already saved.

Your account and material

You can view your materials and review saved content without new AI generation. Keep a copy of your original notes too: the demo does not replace your personal files.

Account, data and existing subscription management remain available. Calling the version a demo does not reduce protection of your data or your rights as a user or consumer.

Purchases and the end of the demo

Purchases, plan changes and renewals are paused. You can try Free and join the waiting list in Plans for one email when paid plans open. If you already had a plan, your paid period and rights remain available. Joining the list does not start a subscription or authorize charges.

When Apuntivo leaves the demo stage, we will explain changes affecting its use. That transition does not activate payments or automatically turn a free account into a subscription.
